The main agenda item will be the ordination exam of candidate Bryce DeZwarte who has received a call from Adoration URC. Further matters to be dealt with are:
1) An overture to recommend sermon evaluations for all ordination exams as well as candidacy exams (presently done on a Classis by Classis basis)
2) An overture to clarify the procedure of seeking advice in discipline cases
3) A request to discontinue the role of a Young People's coordinating Consistory.
